At Badia, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our spices and pantry staples; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a resolution for your order.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and was received damaged, defective, or as an incorrect shipment.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the product issues to receive a Return Authorization.
- 3.Package Securely
Once approved, place the items back in their original shipping box or a similar secure container to prevent further damage during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
After we inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
